Returns and Refunds
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately via our contact Us form or email us at agjewelryinfo@gmail.com. We will provide you instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first! We will contact you with further details on how to process your claim.
Shipping
Processing and Shipping Policies
A part of providing excellent service is knowing how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. At Agjewelry, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order within 1-3 business days, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.
Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout, so you will be able to choose your shipping method at that time.
Domestic Orders Canada
Express $15 *** 2-6 business days
Standard $8 *** 2-13 business days
Orders of $50 or more before tax FREE *** 3-9 business days
International Orders USA
Express $22 *** 2-8 business days
Standard $18 *** 5-14 business days
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be updated in the system.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full and correct address.
Additional Info
*International Orders: Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties etc., that apply upon delivery are the responsiblility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be held responsible for the orignial shipping and this amount will be deducted from any credit issued. Once we receive your package in its original condition we will initiate a refund back to your original method of payment.
Agjewelry is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather or customs or other causes beyond our control.
