Hobby to Business!
I have been designing and making jewelry pieces since 2010. I began creating pieces for my own collection but later expanded to include family and friends. Encouraged by family, friends and strangers that my pieces are saleworthy I began crafting for sale. What started out as a hobby ended up growing into my business today.

Shipping
We currently ship within Canada and to the USA.
Delivery time will vary, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Canadian orders, aproximately 2-6 business day for express and 2-13 business days for standard. US orders, 2-8 business day for express and 5-14 business days for standard.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email on the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm that your order was shipped and provide you with detail to track your order.
Payment
You can purchase on our website using debit or credit cards.
In addition, we offer payment through paypal.
You can choose any of these payment methods at checkout.
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: CAD and USD.
Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of currency.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number included. Plesase allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be udated in the carrier system.
No we do not charge extra for tracking.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept return or exchange for damage or brotken items.
If you receive a broken or damage item on delivery, please contact us immediately via our contact Us form or email us at agjewelryinfo@gmail.com.
We will provide you instructions on returning and/or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.
Do not return merchandise without contacting us first!
